Invite your accountant#
AgentBook is self-serve AI bookkeeping — and when you want a human, you bring your own accountant. Invite them to a secure portal without giving up your login.
Send an invite#
- Go to Accountant → Invites (or ask the agent to "invite my accountant").
- Enter their name and email and send. They receive a link to a scoped portal — no AgentBook account required.
- The invite link expires; you can revoke access at any time.
If email delivery isn't configured for your workspace yet, you can copy the portal link and send it yourself.
What your accountant can do#
- Review your P&L, balance sheet, and tax estimate.
- See the AI's proposed fixes and, if you enable write access, apply corrections.
- Request specific documents from you through the portal.
Document requests#
When your accountant asks for something (a receipt, a prior return), it appears in your Document requests list and you'll be nudged — so nothing falls through the cracks at filing time.
