Invoices & getting paid
Create invoices, track status, and let bank sync mark them paid.
Invoices & getting paid#
Create an invoice#
Go to Invoicing → New (or ask the agent to "invoice Acme $2,000 for March consulting"). Add line items, a due date, and — if you bill in another currency — the agent records both the quoted and your booking amounts.
Each invoice posts to your ledger automatically, so revenue and receivables stay correct without extra steps.
Track status#
Invoices move through draft → sent → paid (and flag overdue past the due date). The dashboard shows what's outstanding at a glance.
Get paid & auto-reconcile#
When a matching deposit lands in a connected bank account, the agent marks the invoice paid and records the payment for you — no manual matching. Anything ambiguous is flagged for review instead of guessed.
Retainers & subscriptions#
Billing a retainer up front? AgentBook can recognize that revenue over the period (deferred revenue) so your monthly reports show earned vs unearned correctly.
