Reports & tax estimates
P&L, balance sheet, and a tax estimate you can trust — on cash or accrual.
Reports & tax estimates#
Find these under Tax & Reports. Each report can be viewed on cash or accrual basis with a toggle, regardless of your default.
Profit & Loss#
Revenue minus expenses over any period. On cash basis, revenue is money received and expenses are cash that actually left; on accrual, it's invoiced revenue and incurred costs.
Balance sheet#
Assets, liabilities, and equity as of a date. Under accrual, unpaid customer invoices show as Accounts Receivable and open bills show as Accounts Payable, so the sheet reflects what you're owed and what you owe.
Tax estimate#
A combined estimate of income tax + self-employment/national contributions for your jurisdiction, including any W-2 / employment income you enter. Ask "how much should I set aside for taxes?" any time.
See exactly what's calculated for your country in Supported countries.
Estimates, not filings. Every tax and payroll figure in AgentBook is an estimate to help you plan and set money aside. Confirm anything before you file, and consult a professional for advice specific to your situation.
Hand-off to your accountant#
Prior-year returns you upload are parsed to ground this year's baseline, and your accountant can review the same reports through their portal. That same baseline is what powers tax fast-track filing — see the next page for how to turn it into an actual estimate and a cover letter in a few minutes.
