Get started in five minutes#
AgentBook is your AI bookkeeper for business and personal finances. You don't need any accounting knowledge — the agent categorizes, reconciles, and answers questions for you.
1. Create your account#
Sign up with your email (or continue with Google / GitHub). Your business and personal books live together in one place, so the full picture is always one view away.
2. Tell us about your business#
On first sign-in you'll set your business type, country, currency, and accounting basis (cash or accrual). These tune your tax estimates and reports. You can change them any time under Configure → Business profile.
3. Connect your bank#
Link an account securely through our bank connection. Transactions import automatically and the agent starts categorizing them. Prefer to start manually? You can record your first expense by hand or by snapping a receipt.
4. Meet your agent#
Open the chat and try:
- "log $5 coffee"
- "expense summary this month"
- "how much tax should I set aside?"
The agent records, explains, and files as you go — on the web or from Telegram.
