Forgot your password#
On the login screen choose Forgot password? and enter your email. You'll get a reset link — set a new password and sign in.
Continue with Google or GitHub#
If your workspace has SSO enabled, use Continue with Google / GitHub on the login screen. Sign in with the same email you use elsewhere and AgentBook links it to your account automatically.
"Session expired" or bounced to login#
Sessions last a while but do expire. Just sign in again — your data is untouched. If it recurs immediately, clear the site's cookies and retry.
Didn't get a verification or reset email#
Check spam first. Delivery depends on your workspace's email setup — if a verified sender domain isn't configured yet, some messages may not arrive. Ask your administrator, or use SSO to sign in in the meantime.
Account suspended#
If you see an account-suspended message, an administrator has paused access. Contact them to reactivate it.
Still blocked? Reach your workspace administrator — from Admin → Users they can reset access, reactivate an account, or adjust roles.
